There are many online shopping platforms available these days. It can be difficult to choose the right item from a huge number of products: it is important for us that the quality of the product matches the description, delivery is on time, and the reviews are reliable. In the selection process, we usually trust the opinions and recommendations of our friends more. A problem also arises when we want to give a nice gift, but are not sure about the right choice. Our customer decided to create a service in which users can share reviews of their purchases, as well as create lists of desired gifts. To quickly exchange impressions about a product, users can shop online via video calling.
Solution
The task was to create a mobile application that would help users make purchases. We decided to use WebRTC technology to implement video communication. To develop the server side, we chose Firebase and Algolia.
